Starting out as a passion for cooking, it has turned into an all-out love affair with BBQ. Learning how to smoke low and slow, through to flame grilling hot and fast, every cook is part of a big (tasty) learning curve.

About me
I’ve always been passionate about cooking & food for as long as I can remember. From being at the waist of my mother as she prepped and cooked up amazing Thai meals from scratch, through to travels around the world, and living in some of the culinary capitals of the world has led me to my own BBQ journey.
In between rustling up feed for the family, Ribs and Tomahawk steaks are my all-time favourite things to cook and eat.
